By downloading, installing, or using FurTwo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
FurTwo is a collaborative virtual pet application designed for couples. Users can adopt, raise, and care for a virtual pet together with their partner. The App includes features such as pet care actions, in-app purchases, doodle sharing, and real-time synchronization.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

FurTwo may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
All content, graphics, characters, and game mechanics in FurTwo are the intellectual property of FurTwo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App.
Doodles and other content you create within the App are shared with your partner. By creating content, you grant FurTwo a limited license to transmit and store this content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You retain ownership of your content.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FurTwo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
